Artificial reproduction of salmon fish and the release of juveniles into the rivers of the Caspian basin is of great fishery importance. In the interaction of variability and selection within the population, the mobile equilibrium of biological properties is maintained, resulting in the formation of the passable (brown trout) and the residential (trout) forms.
