METHODS OF EXPRESSING DEGREES OF COMPARISON IN QUALITATIVE ADJECTIVES OF THE AVAR LANGUAGE

The Avar language does not have a morphologically expressed grammatical category of the adjective, representing the degree of quality. The corresponding semantics is conveyed by a number of lexical and lexico-grammatical means, which were not found in the Avar grammars of a complex description. In this article, all methods of expressing degrees of comparison in qualitative adjectives of the Avar language are noted.
