VOCALISM OF THE SHANGODINSKY SPEECH OF THE ANDALAL DIALECT OF THE AVAR LANGUAGE

The present article solves a research problem - description of the vowel phonemes of the Shangodinsky speech of the Andalal dialect and comparison of their distribution with the literary Avar language. To solve this problem, the following research methods are used: synchronous-descriptive, structural and comparative. The scientific originality of the work lies in involvement in the scientific circulation of previously unexplored material of one of the disappearing dialects of the Andalal dialect of the Avar language. The results obtained in this article are new. They have a certain scientific and practical significance for linguistic Daghestan Studies. The material of the article will be helpful in writing the historical phonetics of the Avar language and the comparative historical phonetics of the Daghestan languages.
