HISTORY OF STUDY OF NOMINAL GRAMMATICAL CATEGORIES IN THE DARGIN LANGUAGE

The article is related to the discussion of issues of history study of nominal grammatical categories in the Dargin language. The stages and the degree of study of inflectional categories of the Dargin language are described chronologically. The great attention is paid to the contribution of famous Russian and foreign scientists to the study of the issue from the 20th century to the present days. The article shows that nowadays it is quite important to study the linguistic problems in the Dargin dialectology, such as inflectional grammatical categories in the dialects. The results of the research can be applied to further study of the issues of the grammatical structures of the mal-studied or unstudied dialects of the Dargin language.
