ON THE ISSUE OF EQUIVALENCE AND LACUNARITY OF DIALECTAL PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS (BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF THE RUTUL LANGUAGE)

The article highlights the problems of identifying equivalent and lacunary phraseological units (PU) in the interdialectal space of the Rutul language. The analysis of the material of five dialects (Muhad, Ikhrek, Shinaz, Mukhrek and Borchi-Khnov) made it possible to identify lacunary PU in individual idioms of the Rutul language that do not have correspondences in other substandard units of the language, and phrases with varying degrees of equivalence: complete interdialectal phraseological equivalents and partial (incomplete) interdialectal phraseological equivalents. The Muhad dialect, the basis of the emerging literary language, serves the basis for the description. Dialectal phraseological lacunarity is exposed in the discrepancy between conceptual and other categories (cultural values, worldview) among speakers of different idioms, although maximally similar and historically unified. The emergence of non-equivalent phrasemes (idioms) is explained by differences in imagery, in the selection of objects of comparison among representatives of subethnoses. Cases of the presence in pairs of the dialects of the Rutul language of phrasemes, identical in grammatical design, are interpreted differently by speakers of idioms, do not fit in general context of the theory of equivalence / lacunarity of phraseological units. A comparative description of the linguacultural and semantic parameters of phraseological units in the substandard units of the Rutul language made it possible to explicitly present their common properties and identify differential features due to the development of dialects in different conditions.
