FORMATION OF THE DASSR AS IMPORTANT STAGE IN CREATION OF DAGHESTAN STATEHOOD

The paper shows how the formation of the DASSR was going on and what preceded this. Discussed are the difficulties arisen between Daghestan and the Center and how they were overcome. The conclusion is that the creation of the DASSR was the most important stage in creation of the Daghestan statehood.
