The aim of this study is to find such a method of development of the saline soil typical automorphous in conditions of the deflation processes which would prevent both mechanical impacts on soils and intensification of deflation, would require neither labor expenditures nor money for accumulation and transportation of manure, sand, soils, and chemical ameliorators, plowing them in the soil as well as carrying out planting and care of pasture grasses until they ripe. The study investigates the possibility of the development of the typical salt automorphous soil by creating on its surface a layer of aeolian through natural processes taking place in the semi-desert conditions on the productive pastures.
