DEMOGRAPHIC PROCESSES IN MOUNTAIN AND FOOTHILL DAGHESTAN

Comparative analysis of the demographic processes in the flat, foothill and mountain zones of the Republic of Daghestan is carried out in the article. The technique of determination of demographic wellbeing of the municipal region is offered. The areas for which negative demographic tendencies are characteristic are revealed.
